Take on the Thames Path Challenge and make it your own by either running or walking 25, 50 or 100km during either the day or night.

Starting near Putney Bridge, your challenge will take you along the Thames Path National Trail, to Hampton Court (25km) or to Runnymede (50km) or on to Henley-on-Thames (100km.) Register for 2015 - choose ‘The Hunger Project as your charity.

Earlybird Registration: The Thames Path Challenge 25km entry fee is £29 and the minimum fundraising pledge will be £175. For those taking on the 50km distance there will be an entry fee of £39 with a minimum pledge of £295. For those bravely taking on the 100km distance the fee is £49 with a minimum fundraising pledge of £475.

You’ll need to have raised 50% of your sponsorship target six weeks before the challenge to confirm your place. But don’t worry, we’ve got loads of fundraising tips and support to help you achieve this.  Get started – register now >>

Most Thames Path Challengers start in Bishops Park, Fulham and follow the River Thames Path National Trail towards Henley.

50-75 Challengers will start every 15 minutes from 6am – 1pm (your start time will be confirmed 2 weeks before the event). There are also starts available for 25km walkers at Hampton Court and Runnymede on Saturday plus a stunning 25km walk option on Sunday from Cookham to Henley on Sunday.
